When I, Nico Konstantin Papalamprou, had successfully completed my apprenticeship as an insurance and finance clerk in 2013, I quickly got to know and caught up with the financial and entrepreneurial aspects of everyday life through my work as an insurance salesman in the field and the associated daily customer contact to deal with them more closely.
In 2015 the first commercial customer approached me and asked me if I could write him a concept to rent a shop unit. I answered unsuspectingly with "Yes". After an endless Google search and hours of work, the concept was ready - two Din A4 pages, not particularly attractive, not very well formatted, but apparently very good in terms of content - the landlord had decided in favor of my client as the tenant based on my concept!
It dawned on me as a perfectionist... If this concept was already convincing, how convincing must a concept be that also appeals to the eye and is professionally structured over several pages ?!
So I started fine-tuning my concepts and kept improving. Since I couldn't find a provider with a comparable service even after months of searching, I couldn't learn any tricks from a direct competitor, so I laboriously taught myself all the steps.
And here I am...
more than 300 concepts and just as many happy customers later and I still enjoy being able to fulfill dreams together with my team and to be able to help entrepreneurs to put their philosophy and their vision on paper.
